I've visited all of the PRB loadouts EXCEPT Black Thunder West. The trains at all of those other mines move at about.4 to about 1 mile per hour. I can't imagine it would be much different at West Thunder. Although each silo can hold a train's worth of coal, it takes about 2.5 hours to fill one.
